Me and D and E make Three

The house feels a little lonelier now. Anya and her Daddy are off to Toronto on the bus. Daddy is going to a conference in Atlantic City for a few days, and Anya is staying with Nanny until he gets back. Then they'll both come back on Friday.

Anya was very excited to be riding the bus for the first time. We went shopping to get new books and games for her, and she SO wanted to play with everything before today. But I made her wait, and now she's probably in *new stuff* heaven. She's loaded up with DVDs, books, pillow, blanket, snacks, suckers, toys, crayons, and ibuprofen to hold her over for the 5 hour ride. (I even found the headphones so no one will go crazy from listening to the Franklin theme song over and over.) She's been feeling a little sick for the past few days, but Nanny said to bring her down anyway, they don't mind. I hope she gets better soon.

I have a few days to gear up, and then I'm starting work on Monday. It'll be weird, being at work, first of all, and then coming home to just the babies. I'll post more next week. Ta for now...
