Anya's looking at a live webcast of one of the graduating classes of Nippissing U. DH has it on the computer screen for various reasons.

Anya: "I like my new friend."
Me: "Which new friend?"
Anya: "That guy." (Points to screen, one of the students.)
Me: "Ah."
