Fundraising

I'm helping out a friend who is fundraising for a trip with "Hope 2 Kenya" (http://www.hope2kenya.org). She is going with a group of students and adults who are going to Africa to help build an orphanage, and distribute food to poverty stricken children, among other things. Each member of the team has to pay their own way, so the Girl Guide crew is helping her out with her trip costs.

I volunteered to make and sell earrings, since I've been having an Etsy earring fetish. Lately I've been making wire Christmas trees.

I'm not sure how well you can see the photo, but the gold earrings are made of two fine wires twisted together, and the silvery ones are a single strand. Beads can be any colour.

I can do mail orders, if anyone is interested. $5 each plus shipping. Specially hand crafted by yours truly, and a good cause to boot. How can you resist? :)
